As a Lactation Educator Specialist, I meet you where you are — no judgment, no pressure. Whether your goal is to breastfeed exclusively, pump, supplement with formula, or simply feel informed and confident, my job is to support YOUR journey and YOUR family's needs. 🧡

I will help you wherever you may need me to, whether it is:

• Troubleshooting latch challenges,

• Understanding how milk supply works and what to expect in the early days,

• Teaching proper latch techniques and feeding positions,

• Setting up spaces for feeding,

• Explaining strategies to help you build and maintain a healthy milk supply

I will always:

• Provide non-judgmental support for feeding challenges

• Help families make informed decisions about their feeding journey

• Refer you to an IBCLCs (International Board Certified Lactation Consultants) for complex medical needs

• Support you when you are ready to transition away from breastfeeding
